Frequently Asked Questions







Return requests must be approved, processed, and returned to our distribution center within 30 days of the original invoice date.
For returns over 30 days, every effort will be made accommodate the return. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
All approved returns must be in re-sellable condition as determined by Complete Packaging & Shipping Supplies or the returned merchandise will be returned to the customer and denied a credit.
If the return was necessitated by our shipping mistake we will pay for the return freight, otherwise freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Credits can take up to 10 to 15 days, after merchandise is returned, to be applied to the customer’s account. This insures time for the merchandise to be received back to the warehouse and placed back in stock. If an item is returned back to the warehouse in unusable condition, the return credit will not be issued.
Complete Packaging and Shipping will make every effort to accommodate Government returns outside of this return policy but cannot guarantee credit will be issued.
Please note: This Return Policy is in effect from the date the customer signed for the merchandise not the date they decide to open the package. Packages should be inspected immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
We will be happy to ship most items to an APO or FPO depending on size and weight (generally anything under 70 lbs or under 100” Length). We will not ship any liquids or lithium batteries to an APO/FPO address.

In rare cases, it is possible for you to still have problems adding items to the Shopping Cart even if your web browser is set to accept cookies. To correct this problem please delete your cookie file. For help with deleting your cookie file check here. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are working on narrowing down the cause of this infrequent issue.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept purchase orders if an account has been set up for you to do so.

We charge sale tax in New York. Additionally, NY requires us to charge sales tax on shipping charges. No sales tax is charged for Government customers.

7. What is the shipping and tax if I am a Gov't customer?

Gov't customer do not pay any tax on their orders. A Gov't customer will receive free freight on their order if the total order exceeds $100.00 and is shipping in the Continental USA. If the customer orders below $100.00 or outside the Continental USA, there will be freight at the time of checkout.

If our shopping cart is not accepting your credit card, please make sure that the billing address you are entering is the exact same as the billing address for your credit card. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses in other countries.

To change or cancel your order, see our customer service page located Here. If you have already used out customer service page feel free to contact us by phone at 1-800-374-3978. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If this is the case, you can either refuse delivery or return the order to us. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but cannot refund the shipping charges.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

15. How do I track my item(s)?

Login, got to My Account and choose Order History. Choose the order you are trying to track and click View Order. If tracking information is available for your order the information will me located here.
